You have spent so much time and effort getting your dream website online, it is important that it keeps working for you in the months and weeks to come.
To ensure this happens, there are a few tasks that we recommend you take care of regularly to keep your website in tip-top shape and making you proud. These include back-ups, software updates, security scanning and form testing.
If you know you won't have time or space to take care of these items, we recommend you sign up to one of our Care & Maintenance packages.
We have two packages to choose from.
If you just want all the techy, behind-the-scenes stuff taken care of while you update your content, add your blog posts and make any changes you require, then Package 1 is the perfect solution for you.
If you would prefer that we help you update your content, then Package 2 would be the better choice. This package includes 1.5 hours of development or content work on your website. Please note that we will only add content you provide and none of our packages offer content creation services at this stage.

Premium Hosting
Premium website hosting that includes extra hourly backups, lightning fast servers and all the hardware and systems required to make sure your website has the best backbone.

Daily backups
We implement a daily backup that is stored off-site in remote cloud storage. These daily backups are kept for 90 days.

Weekly WordPress Updates
We will check your website weekly for any WordPress core, plugin and theme updates and update them when available. Any security or vulnerability updates will be done as soon as released.

MONTHLY/DAILY Performance check
We will monitor the speed of your website and make adjustments if performance dips.

MONTHLY/DAILY SECURITY & MALWARE SCAN
We will scan your website Monthly for any security or vulnerability issues and malware and will deal with any issues that may pop up.

DAILY UPTIME MONITORING
We will monitor your website 24/7 and will be alerted to any downtime experienced.

Premium image optimization plugin
We will install a premium image optimization plugin that will help compress your images for faster website speed and better google ratings.

Monthly contact form testing
We will test your contact form once a month to make sure that it is still working 100% and you are receiving any submissions and they are being saved to the website.

Broken link check
We will scan your site for any broken links and fix them or let you know that a link to another website may no longer work.

Website restore service
Should anything go wrong and you require a website restore, we will take care of the process.

MONTHLY REPORTS
You will receive a monthly report detailing the services that have been rendered on your website each month.

We will monitor your website performance daily and scan your website daily for security and malware issues.

SPEED OPTIMIZATION & TWEAKING
We will monitor the speed of your website monthly and make any adjustments required to increase the loading speed to make sure that it is always performing optimally. This includes adjusting plugins and optimizing images and script loading.

PRIORITY REQUEST SCHEDULING
As one of our Care & Maintenance clients, any work you require will be prioritized and placed at the front of the queue.

UP TO 1.5 Hrs OF NON-URGENT SUPPORT or REVISION or TWEAK WORK PER MONTH
We will include up to 1.5 hours of non-urgent dev support or revision work per month. What this includes is the adding of provided content (blog posts, images etc.), edits to content, changing plugin settings and CSS adjustments.
It does not include any design work, custom coding, building a new website or subdomain.
This is a $135 value.

Am I locked into a contract?
No. You are free to not renew your care and maintenance plan at once your billing period is up. All we ask is to receive 30 days' notice so that we can uninstall any of our premium plugins and services from your website.
For annual payments, we will remind you that your renewal is coming up 30 days before it renews so you can let us know if you would prefer not to renew.
For monthly payments, we will bill you for the final 30 days while we remove our plugins and services.

Do Support hours roll over?
Unfortunately your support hours do not roll over.

What is your response time?
We generally aim to respond to support requests as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back to you.

How many websites can I include in a plan?
Each plan is set up to work with one wordpress installation. If you have more than one website that you would like to include, just send us an email and we will see if we can work out a custom rate for you.

Will you care for a website that you did not develop?
This can be tricky and depends on the software used to build the website. We would have to do a website review in order to determine this and decide on the best way forward.
