Congratulations on purchasing your Template with Carol Hampshire. We are so excited to get you set up.

Please note that if you have an existing website that you would like to keep, we will require a separate wordpress installation for the Template and will be providing you with separate wordpress logins for you to access it and make changes.

If you have an existing website, we will need to install your template in a subfolder such as https://yourwebsite.com/purchase, a subdomain such as https://purchase.yourwebsite.com or a new domain that does not have an existing website on it.

If your hosting only allows one wordpress installation, you will need to upgrade to a different package. We will do our best to advise.

You can either set up the empty wordpress website with your host and add support@veronicaclare.com as a user or we can help you with the new wordpress setup.

HOSTING REQUIREMENTS - Please request the following from your hosting provider and ensure that all these are available on your hosting plan:

• PHP 7.4 or greater
• MySQL 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB 10.1 or greater
• Nginx or Apache with mod_rewrite module
• HTTPS support (ssl certificate active)
• PHP memory limit 512MB (or above)
• Max execution time 90 secs (minimum)
• Max input vars 2500 (minimum)
