Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! Many clients start with one tier and adjust as their needs change. We'll work with you to find the right fit.

Am I locked into a contract?
No. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. We just ask for time to properly remove our premium plugins and services from your website.
Only the Elite care plan requires a minimum initial contract of 3 months. Should you wish to cancel after the 3 months, we just require 30 days' notice.

Do Support hours roll over?
Unfortunately, unused hours don't carry forward to the next month. This keeps our service sustainable and encourages regular website improvements.

What is your response time?
- Essential and Expert: Up to 48 hours
- Elite: Same-day response for all requests (during working hours)

How many websites can I include in a plan?
Each plan covers one WordPress installation. For multiple sites, contact us for custom pricing.

Will you care for a website that you did not develop?
This depends on how the website was built. We'll need to review it first to determine the best approach.

What about accessibility services?
We offer comprehensive accessibility services as an add-on to any care plan. This includes monthly accessibility audits, compliance fixes, and reporting to ensure your website welcomes all visitors.

What if I need work that exceeds my monthly hours?
No problem! Additional work is billed at a discounted hourly rate, and Elite clients receive priority scheduling for any extra projects.
